On June 3rd, I received the news no one ever expects to hear: I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

For these last 2 months it has been a whirlwind of doctor visits, bloodwork, and hard conversations. I had surgery for what we thought was just a cyst on May 19th, but after the biopsy, it was confirmed to be a tumor.

I'm preparing to begin another surgery on 07/31/2025 which involves removing my right ovary+tube, and taking portions of my stomach lining, left ovary, and uterus for biopsy.

While I'm facing this fight with as much strength and hope as I can, the financial burden is already overwhelming.
