Medical help for Amber Hamilton

Hi, I am Amber and Payden Hamilton's cousin and Amber had posted this update about her kidney disorder for all her family and friends to see.
I wanted to do this fundraiser for Amber to help her not stress out so much about the expense of her treatments and just worry about getting better.

This is Amber's update:

I don’t do updates on my kidney disorder often but my numbers have been steady for over a year. Meaning no changes for the good or the bad. My body is no longer having a reaction to the medication I’ve been on for eight years. But I can’t stop my medication in the worry things will go downhill fast. It’s been highly suggested that I don’t try to have more kids (but it’s also highly suggested I do not have any “elective” surgeries in case my body shuts down like it did in 2015). So we’ve been in limbo.

Today was my second infusion of a new medication. 10 hour days and some not planned reactions. I go at the end of the month to check if things have changed and will most likely have two more infusions at the end of the year. But right now we wait and hope that this helps/changes things for the better.

This is very expensive and that stresses me out but hoping that I get into a remission of some sort and that will make it worth it.

I’m not at all asking for sympathy. I am strong and I have the best support system. That being said I hate having to answer the same questions a lot so figured it was time for an update.
