Medical help after my son got attacked by a dog

On May 29, 2023 my son Dylan was attacked by his rescue dog where he was rushed to the ER. He was bit in the face resulting in a serious mouth injury, causing us to have to go to a reconstructive plastic surgent. A chunk of Dylan's lip got bit off resulting in the top lip needing to be rebuilt. It effects every day functionality, inhibiting speech, ability to eat, and his ability to go to work. The needs for this plastic surgeon, who specializes in facial reconstruction surgey, is very expensive, and with his job in retail, money is not readily available. The funds will be used for his medical expenses including the surgery, and check up appointments. Since he is also out of work at this time part of the expenses will be going to help cover rent and other food. This is very hard for us as we are not a family that typically asks for help, but this is something that we are desperately needing right now. We appreciate any help we can get.
