Medical Hardship for Q

I’m asking for help because my husband, Quentin, required a last minute surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. My husband was born with Neurofibromas. Neurofibromatosis is a genetic disorder that causes tumors to form on nerve tissue. These tumors can develop anywhere in your nervous system, including your brain, spinal cord and nerves. We had to book a same day flight from Alaska and got down in time for his first appointment. On December 19th, he had his first surgery to remove a tumor that was touching his spinal cord in his neck. After getting out of the hospital he had another appointment for some scans, they saw something on one of the images that required a biopsy be done. We received news that it was benign, non cancerous, but because that tumor gives Quentin so much pain they have decided to have it removed since we are down here. We have been down here for several weeks now and our financial burden increases everyday. With the help we receive with this site we will be able to pay our hotel, help with buying meals and getting us our tickets to return home. If anyone would like to donate anything at all, it would be greatly appreciated and every little bit would help so much.
