Destroyed Home and medical issues

Hi my name is Barry Popko and since 2005 i have been dealing with disabilities and dealing with housing issues due to my current apartment being destroyed by a flood and since then i have been forced to move around while dealing with constant health issues needing frequent trips to the hospital. I cant keep doing this, its been over 2 months and i have to pay 180 dollars a day because my landlord has not even started to fix my apartment to make it livable again. ive attached photos of the apartment to show the damage
