Hi , my name is Angie Mclamb I’m fundraising for my brother in law Steve Day .

As many are aware Steve suffered a massive heart attack July 5th that resulted in an extra long stay in the Cardiac ICU @ Cape Fear Valley.  He was released after many procedures in hopes of improvement and comfort only to land him @ Duke a few weeks later with a more serious and much more critical diagnosis.

This next part will not be easy for no one especially not me as I find the strength to ask for strength and all the prayers.

Steve is now in need of a full heart transplant .

With all this been said I feel we as the community , family , friends can join together to help this family with some expenses that no one has any control of. Let's help this family reach this goal !!! Let's help with medical , gas , food, and bills . Steve hasn't be able to work and Jennifer continues to be by his side . If you feel lead to help I'm sure whatever amount they would be grateful .
