There have been questions, so I will clarify here. I set up this gofundme yesterday morning before I had any idea that Alfredo's business partner would be setting a second one up, which is the one that has been more widely circulated. 100% of what is collected by this gofundme will go toward supporting his family.

Our hearts are broken by the tragic and untimely loss of Alfredo. His amazing smile and charisma, endless optimism, and incredible work ethic and dedication will forever inspire joy and admiration in all who were fortunate enough to know him. As our family seeks to navigate these next difficult steps in arranging for a funeral and the repatriation of his remains to Mexico, we are reaching out to the many who know, love, and admire him, in a humble request for your support in offsetting some of the upcoming expenses. We are not yet clear on exactly how much will be needed, but any support that you feel motivated to offer will be well and very gratefully received.

Nuestros corazones están colmados de tristeza por la pérdida tragia e inoportuna de Alfredo. Su increíble sonrisa y carisma, su infinito optimismo y su increíble ética de trabajo y dedicación inspirarán para siempre alegría y admiración en todos que tuvieron la dicha de conocerlo. Mientras nuestra familia busca navegar los difíciles pasos a seguir para organizar un funeral y la repatriación de sus restos a México, a los muchos que lo conocen, lo aman y lo admiran, les pedimos humildemente su apoyo en sufragar algunos de los gastos que se aproximan. Todavía no tenemos claro exactamente cuánto se necesitará, pero cualquier apoyo que se sientan motivados a ofrecer será bien recibido y  con profundo agradecidecimiento.
