Hi, we are Matt and Laura King and our precious friends, Toney, Becky and Sabrina Altizer lost their son/brother from an aneurysm Sunday, November 6th. Josh also leaves behind two girls, Waylon and Maddie. As a parent, you never want to or expect to bury your child. Josh was diagnosed with an aneurysm, Friday November 4th and was taken to a hospital in Johnson City where doctors were treating him when the aneursym burst and he had to be mediflighted to UT where doctors kept Josh on life supporting measures while the family met with the Organ Donation Team. So, even in death, he's helping others.
