Medical funds for Robert Godard

As many of you have already heard, Robert Godard suffered a stroke while working on Friday, July, 27, 2018. His partner, John rushed him to RVMC where they transferred him immediately to OSHU. We know that the stroke caused a tear in his artery in his neck but further testing is being done to determine where the blood clot originated and why. Robert was given a stem cell treatment upon arrival at OSHU, the first one given to a post stroke patient in the United States. That being done, there is great hope that his progress and prognosis are good. Unfortunately, Robert has had many health insurance issues due to his previous cancer surgery and treatment. He is self employed and has business bills as well as personal bills to deal with at this time. Treatment and rehab is going to be a long hard road. All of you who know and love Robert know his determination and his drive to succeed in whatever the challenge may be. Please give as much or as little as you can spare. Anything will make a difference. Robert needs all of our love and support right now as well as our prayers. Roberts family has been by his side and will continue to be his support system. Lets help them all get through this.  Roberts sister, Liane is the designated beneficiary of the funds deposited into the go fund me account. She has power of attorney for Robert at this time and it will be at her discretion as to how the funds are handled and used for Roberts care.
