Medical Funds for Josh H.
Donation protected
Recently, our friend and 2007 classmate, Josh Herrington was diagnosed with Buerger’s Disease. This disease affects the arteries and veins in the arms and legs causing blood vessels to become inflamed, swell and blocked by blood clots. Eventually this disease can damage enough healthy tissue that it causes infections and loss of circulation leading to limb amputations. Unfortunately for Josh the disease progressed and on July 9th he underwent a lower leg amputation. Josh has been off work for a few months while battling health issues and will now need long term help with the health issues that life has dealt him. I am hoping with this Go Fund Me account that we can raise enough funds to provide Josh with the best, top of the line prosthetic and extra funds to aide in his recovery so that he can live his life to its fullest and not miss a moment with his beautiful children and family.
Cory Ferguson posted this picture of him before his procedure and when I saw him today he was nothing but all Josh, all smiles and jokes, positive and determined to not let this disease and amputation define him.
