We are reaching out, once again, in hopes of gaining your love and support for our Dad/Papa, Francis Dwane I. Manglona's urgently needed medical treatment.

Back in 2018, he was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and from there, his medical journey began. Since then, he suffered from multiple heart attacks and minor strokes, causing him other issues today. A low ejection fraction (low EF) is typically 45% or less and can be evidence of heart failure or cardiomyopathy (a disease of the heart muscle). The heart's ejection fraction (EF) refers to the amount or percentage of blood pumped (or ejected) out of the heart's left ventricle with each contraction. Because of this, it is causing his kidneys to fail.

With your help, we are hoping to bring him to the Philippines where doctors can better treat his medical conditions and put him less at risk for dialysis and heart failure.

Though his medical journey is extensive, it does not define him. He has and is still proudly serving the CNMI as a Firefighter/EMT for over 20 years, saving countless lives throughout his career, alongside his wife, a proud public servant as well, a Police Officer. Together, they have raised, nurtured, and fostered a blended family of 14 children, 13 grandchildren and many in laws, all who serve our community in different essential agencies and corporations.

He is a great man, deserving of a chance at better health. He is loved so deeply by many, all who are pleading for your generosity.
