Medical Fund for the Natividad Family

Donation protected

In the early morning hours of Saturday October 24th, the Natividad family received the news that no family ever wants to hear.  Adam (40) and his beautiful wife Karen (35) had been in a devastating motorcycle accident on Power Road just getting on to the US 60.  Their motorcycle was struck and they were forced to lay the bike down.
Their injuries have kept them in the ICU.  Adam's intubation tube was removed on the 25th and he required immediate bladder surgery.  He will still require surgery on his fractured pelvis, but he will need to heal still before it is safe to do so.  He also has a fractured rib and clavicle as well that will require surgery,  had bleeding on the brain and now has a tube in his nose draining infections away from his body.

Karen is facing an uphill battle and has had 2 surgeries to date.  Urine had leaked into her body giving her a fever.   She will require bladder surgery when her body allows. There are additional surgeries that Karen will require 4 bolts to be placed in her back as well as a rod.  She is still on a ventilator, and also a feeding tube but her fighting spirit is pushing to get off as quick as she can

Adam and Karen's five children are being cared for by their family, but their need is becoming greater by the minute.  Adam and Karen do not have any medical insurance at all so each day the cost becomes more than this family can bare.

Adam and Karen are indispensable parts of their community.  Both loving human beings, always willing to open their doors and their hearts to anyone down on their luck.  Adam and Karen have always been the first to volunteer for community projects, and always the first to go the extra mile to make sure that anyone and everyone knew that they would be there for them no matter what.   Karen can easily be described as an amazing mother, leader and kind soul.   Adam's employer Tom describes him as a family first leader, an irreplaceable asset to his company, unafraid of any challenge, empathetic and always teaching his children the same ethics in work and life.  Adam's co-worker Bill describes Adam as the man that would do everything in his power to take care of his family, his co-workers, his customers and if he felt anyone was in need, he was the first person to step in to take care of them no matter what.

All donations go DIRECTLY to the Natividad's medical bills and whatever possible to support their five children in this uncertain time.  The Natividad family needs your support.  Please donate, share and spread the word.
