Urgently need help!!!! Please?

Please???? listen my friends.. My uncle Michael Royal's love one Joy Royal has come upon misfortunate circumstances. Joy found herself in need of serious medical attention in Canada. Their medical insurance does not carry over to Canada.  She has been hospitalized for a month now with no release date. My uncle is from Virginia and has been by her side since the hospitalization. Bills are really adding up quick. He loves her dearly and does not ask for anything even in these times....Please reach into your heart and know I do not ask for help unless it is really needed. I am helping myself bit.  It truly will only be a tiny dent. Please help any way you can, please!
