Jack was diagnosed with diffuse large B cell lymphoma in September 2012.  Months of chemo and radiation put him into remission.  This horrible thing reappeared in July 2015.  Jack endured more chemo and 2 clinical trials.  In December 2016 cancer had spread to the adrenal gland and to the brain in last February.   During this time Jack has never given up the fight.  There are so many things to live for, his amazing wife Stacy and their beautiful baby daughter Allie Jo.  Allie Jo arrived October 31, 2016.  A prouder, happier father you will not find.  

As of April 7th Jack was out of treatment options.  Hospice care started April 8th.  Friend and family are reeling from this heartbreaking news.  To ease the stress of this time we are asking for donations for Jack, Stacy, and Allie Jo.   Please give what you can for this amazing, talented, one of a kind man and keep praying for a miracle.
