MEDICAL FUND FOR ENEIDA: 
A devoted servant to the Body of Christ, mother of four and a person always involved in compassionately caring for others, Eneida (Alvarez) Torres is in great need of the people around her to step in. She is 62 and generally in good health before falling ill recently. As many of you know, Eneida was admitted to the hospital on Monday, August 16th after being bedridden for several days and having difficulty breathing. She was transported to the hospital by ambulance and upon admission she was diagnosed with Covid-19 and severe pneumonia. She is currently in the Intensive Care Unit of Peace Health Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington, USA. Because of a no visitation policy, family is not allowed to see her. She does not have medical insurance and is on a fixed income so all medical bills will have to be paid out-of-pocket. We are raising funds for her medical bills, and anticipated long recovery (several weeks). So far, she has been responding well to medical treatments and is improving. All donations that come into this fund will be used to help her recover. Your donations will make it possible for her not to worry about finances and enable her to get the full treatment needed during this difficult time. Let us all help lighten the financial burden she and her husband, Milton (Alvarez) feel.  Eneida will be so appreciative when she sees how we worked together in giving her this gift (this is something she doesn’t know about and would never ask for). Una dedicada sierva del Cuerpo de Cristo, madre de cuatro hijos y una persona siempre involucrada en el cuidado compasivo de los demás, Eneida (Alvarez) Torres tiene una gran necesidad de que las personas que la rodean intervengan. Tiene 62 años y, en general, goza de buena salud antes de enfermarse recientemente. Como muchos de ustedes saben, Eneida fue admitida al hospital el Lunes, 16 de Agosto, luego de estar postrada en cama por varios días y tener dificultad para respirar. Fue trasladada al hospital en ambulancia y al ser admitida le diagnosticaron Covid-19 y neumonía grave. Actualmente se encuentra en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Peace Health Medical Center en Vancouver, Washington, EE. UU. Debido a una política de no visitas, la familia no puede verla. Ella no tiene seguro médico y tiene ingresos fijos, por lo que todas las facturas médicas deberán pagarse de bolsillo. Estamos recaudando fondos para sus facturas médicas y anticipamos una larga recuperación (varias semanas). Hasta ahora, ha estado respondiendo bien a los tratamientos médicos y está mejorando. Todas las donaciones que ingresen a este fondo se utilizarán para ayudarla a recuperarse. Sus donaciones le permitirán no preocuparse por las finanzas y le permitirán recibir el tratamiento completo que necesita durante este momento difícil.
