Hi my name is Adam Miller and recently I have been diagnosed with Cancer and Diebetes. I am just an ordinary guy. I am not rich and do not have a lot of resources. I was caught completely off guard and unprepared for this event. Earlier this year my health insurance was unexpectedly canceled as i was 30 days late paying. I was not allowed to sign up for another plan. luckily i have received some assistance, but my bills are piling up, and I cannot work.
I need these funds to pay bills, buy food, and to see doctors while i receive cancer treatment. I have never really needed much in my life, and I have never been good at asking for help. I am unable to provide for myself right now, and that is devastating to me.
This will mean the world to me as I can get treatment without having to worry about where I am going to get money for food. There are no words to describe how thankful I am to know that I am going to be healthy once again, and that it is your help that made it possible.
