Medical fund drive for Karen Adriano Pacpaco

Dear Friends, Family and Good Samaritans,

My name is Tessie Adriano Svalesen, my niece, Karen Adriano Pacpaco is at ICU unit and needing an urgent expensive care. She was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension with cardiac problem and progressed into bacterial meningitis in a span of 2 weeks upon arrival from the Philippines. She had initial symptoms of difficulty of breathing with easy fatigability but later she became disoriented that prompted her husband to call 911 and rushed to the emergency hospital. Tests were done as well as lumbar tap which brought the additional diagnosis of bacterial meningitis. She has been in and out of the ICU unit, unable to breathe and currently in respirator. Her cardiologist suggested transfer to a specialized hospital for further assessment and treatment.

With 2 kids at home and a fight ahead we are looking to take some of the pressure off the family by helping fund their journey. They are dealing with the overwhelming expenses that come with this diagnosis and other major health issues.

Our donations will help with the increasingly mounting medical bills and their loss of income. Our short-term goal is to raise $25,000.00. In addition to donations, please continue to send prayers and happy thoughts their way.
