Medical Fund: Carrie Boling Robb
Donation protected

This is a fund set up for Carrie Boling Robb and her family: Ryyan (Husband), Koby (Son), Evan (Son), and Kadee (Daugther). My name is Chris Robb and I am Carrie's brother-in-law. I set up this fund for Carrie so that people could know her story and give their support.
Here is her story:
Carrie is a wonderful sister-in-law, wife, mother, and friend to all that know her. She loves her husband (my brother Ryyan) and his children (Koby and Kadee) like they are her own. Words can't express how much she and her own son Evan have meant to me and my family since June 9th, 2012. On July 28th, 2016, we received the news Carrie was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (Breast Cancer) Stage IIB. Since July, she's had a mastectomy, has completed half of her chemotherapy treatments (just concluded the 'Red Devil'), and has been pushing hard to continue working as a Registered Nurse while maintaining her family responsibilities.
However, as many have experienced or have heard, eventually the treatments begin to take their toll as the battle to conquer cancer wears on. Unfortunately, those impacted by this disease not only encounter physical/mental impacts, but financial ones as well. Those can have further impact both physically and mentally. While Carrie, Ryyan, and their family remain strong for one another and are never ones to ask for anything, there came a point when I realized asking for help on their behalf could benefit their immediate battle and long-term recovery.
The intent of this is not to burden others into making a monetary donation nor is it to embarrass them by asking for help on their behalf. My intent is to provide another opportunity for all those who know Carrie, Ryyan, and their family to show their support. If you're as lucky as I am, I'm sure there have been times when you've experienced their unconditional love, support, and inspiration. For those of you who don't know them, it's a chance do something that would truly benefit a kind and caring family in this crazy world we live in. This family would not take this support for granted and is in debt to those that have already shown shown it. There have been many meals provided, vacation times donated, free haircuts, and so much moral support and prayers.
Here is my request:
Whatever can be given monetarily will be greatly appreciated and will help relieve them of one of their many worries during this difficult time. No amount is too small and we'll be equally thankful for every donation. If you can't donate, we'll be thankful for thoughts and prayers for this amazing woman and her family.
Carrie and her family have a long journey ahead that currently involves chemotherapy, will also require subsequent radiation, and finally a second mastectomy. Simultaneously, they are also doing their best to fulfill their children's aspirations of undergraduate college education. Currently, Evan is a Junior majoring in Communications, while Koby has been accepted for his Freshman year at several schools (including a pre-pharmacy program). Kadee is Sophomore in high school and will begin the college evaluation process before they know it as well.
Please continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you,
Chris
