Medical for Jake Lively

Jake is an 18 year old senior at Toombs County High School and was diagnosed with osteosarcoma on March 1, 2022. He is currently in the hospital at CHOA. Jake is a great kid who loves his family and friends. He has always enjoyed being outdoors whether it’s riding 4 wheelers or playing baseball. Medical expenses are so expensive and this is going to be a long road for him and his family. Let’s do the best we can to help them out.
