On March 14, 2022, Alan Mackin, the father of Shane, Colin & Megan, suffered a heart attack. Thankfully Shane was home when Alan started having chest pains and rushed him to the ER. He had three stents put in and will need to do cardiac therapy for some time. He came home on Thursday and went back to work on Monday because he needs to pay the overwhelming medical bills that have started coming in.
