Hi everyone my name is Mike Hernandez, the fundraising is for medical expenses, travel to heart specialist and fees not covered, along with every day bills. Whether it's $5, $10, $15, $50, $100, every little helps...never ever dreamed I would be a victim of a massive major heart attack for one, much less ever ask for any help. However due to the severity of the damage I have no choice, I'm humbled by all the love and pouring out that not only my family, friends, and my fans have shown. You truly will never know how humbled and grateful I truly am and will forever be. Y'all are all family to me now!! So I want to share with you what I went through and not knowing...

So apparently I have been dealing with this for a good while, along with the stress, and anger of my father passing and everything in between. But last Wednesday I actually had 5, yes that is correct 5 heart attacks back to back to back. Now not knowing what I was going thru i just thought I was having some major major heart burn lol, yeah I know not funny but now yeah. I came to my home town to start cleaning up my property and started pulling up my water well that had gone bad, well in the process of my brother and I pulling 90 ft by hand mind you, at the end of it all I felt winded and weak, then the pain set in all on my left side and it was 3 times worse as before.

I figured I would ride it out and it would go away like the others, yeah well that didn't happen, just got worse and worse. Finally after having the constant pain for over 40 minutes I decided yeah maybe I should go to the emergency room. They gave me 7 nitro pills, 3 hits of morphine and nothing was taking this pain away. They transferred me to another hospital that had heart specialist standing by, once they immediately put me in op room.

They said the procedure was only going to take 45 minutes or so, it ended up taking 2 hrs and 45 minutes instead cause of complications. My widow maker artery was 100% blocked and my other major artery is still 99% blocked, thus the reason for having to do literally nothing. My heart specialist Dr.. Nydu from odessa tx, one of best around I might add,, is trying to figure out how to clear that one up as well without it affecting my widow maker. All I know I'm still here by the grace of my beloved savior and God am I here now!! Do not take everyday for granted cause I'm living proof that at the age of 47, your number can be pulled anytime. I'm living proof. I've always helped out strangers no matter what or who they were for who am I to judge. I humble myself now and ask for your help to help me get back out there and live life as well as God will allow me to. I'm in the middle of helping veterans through one of my songs titled Battle Scars, and one for alzhiemers victims as is my mother, song titled Forgotten Son. Again just want to send my love and deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for keeping me in your prayers. Everything I do from here on out is and will be for all of y'all!!!!
