Hi everyone! My name is Meagan and I'm creating this fund to help my friend Dayna Slate and her family.

They have been through the ringer for the last few months with health issues.

As some of you are aware, Dayna’s son Craig was admitted to the hospital for an acute condition approximately 3 weeks ago. He was in a coma for approximately a week and is on his way to recovery, albeit a long one.

On Sunday, March 3, Dayna’s husband Bob was admitted to the hospital as well with what has been discovered is lung cancer with metastasis. He has had multiple procedures this week to get him healthy enough to start a plan for radiation treatment.

We all know how exorbitant medical costs are. Even with insurance, the Slates are facing an uncertain treatment time and unexpected expenses.

If you are able to donate just $10 it will all go to assisting with medical costs and food while Dayna and other family members are staying with both Bob and Craig in the hospital.
