Hey everyone,

This is Melissa, Roy Jr.'s little sister and I am reaching out to everyone to ask for help for my brother. Roy Jr., Bubba. is your typical big brother, he's a punk : ), he'll mess up my hair, he's funny, he loves dogs, he loves to cook, is kind, and even has his own food truck in Brady. Bubba holds a very special place in my heart because he taught me how to play softball, he practiced with me, went to my games, always supported me throughout school, the military, and we just have an overall great sibling relationship!

Recently, Roy Jr. took a fall and broke his ankle. He had surgery to repair the ankle with rods but unfortunately, the surgery did not go as planned. When Roy Jr. went for a follow-up, the doctor informed him that he would have to have immediate surgery to further repair his ankle. The doctor resulted in adding more rods and a plate to keep his ankle steady so that it may heal correctly. The additional surgery gave some hope for recovery. However, Bubba's ankle became infected and now has a possibility of amputation.

Since breaking his ankle, Roy Jr. has lost a great deal including his food truck, his business, means to make money, mobility, and overall independence. I am asking all/any of our friends and family for donations to help cover medical expenses. Anything is helpful and appreciated.
