On Sunday 3/13/22, my dad Phillip Delgado suffered a stroke that has left him without the ability to walk, loss of all feeling in his face, slight impaired speech, and double vision. He currently is in the hospital in stable condition and awake. He will be transferred to a rehab facility immediately to help him regain the ability to walk , following that he will need additional rehab and physical therapy for half a year to a year Unfortunately his job does not have enough employees to qualify for FMLA nor does he have disability benefits. If he loses his job he loses medical benefits. We are currently looking into all options to help him with medical expenses as well as living. His wife Sherry can only work so much with two young boys at home. My dad has given so much to the community over the past 20years. He has given his heart, blood, sweat, and tears for so many, never asking for anything in return, but we ask if you could be there for him. Anything is appreciated and we would be gracious for donations and prayers. I will keep everyone updated on his condition as we get more information in the next week.
