Medical expenses illness and household bills

Hi my name is Jackie I am trying to set this up for my friend Barbara and her kids unfortunately joel has covid and has been in icu trama in des Moines on a ventilator and vvecmo machine and dislayis and recently a week ago he was put on a tracheostomy and every day is a roller coaster we have ups and we have downs but with that Barbara has rent and bills she needs to pay for also the trips to desmoines 5xs a week or so is getting exhausting if you can help it would be a blessing if not prayers are working as well
