Medical Expenses help for Don and Connie Carr
Donation protected
On January 15th Don suffered a massive stroke. After being taken to the Intermountain Hospital Neuro Intensive Care Unit, the doctors confirmed that his whole right side of his brain is dead, leaving the left side of his body paralyzed. The swelling on his brain has not gone down much and he is now facing pneumonia, which is taking a toll on his lungs and ability to breathe on his own. Don's happy attitude is shining through. He has made improvements mentally, and these improvements mean everything. His physical strength is a different story and the road toward recovery will be a long one.
Don and Connie got married 4 years ago and have had the sweetest life together. They have 10 grandkids and Grandpa Don Don is the favorite. He is a very loved man and his family is doing everything they can to get him back.
With Don being the head of the household, Connie has a lot of financial responsibility ahead of her. Insurance is limited in its coverage for rehab cost, and he will need a lot of rehab. With the unknown of how long his recovery will be, they would appreciate financial help.
Though Don will never be the same, his wife and family are optimistic that he will live a happy life surrounded by them. Don is a fighter, please help him fight.
