Our daughter Amanda gave our family a gift from god, a little boy on 3/17/24. ( Xavier Andrew VanDunk ) She was only 24 weeks pregnant, so Xavier came into this world at 1lb 5oz. For the next three months or so, he will remain in NICU. I don’t think I need to explain his medical conditions as we all can imagine that it is extremely hard for any of us to even talk or think about it, but at 24 weeks we all know there are many health factors and risk. Xavier has a long road ahead of him and so does his mom and dad but as a family we will all get through this together . Medical bills have already started to come in and even with the insurance covering some of it, it leaves my daughter with a large portion still to pay. We know having a child cost a lot, but in time, but not expecting this right from the start. We hate to ask for any financial help, but sadly at the current point we are at, we will need to. Any help would be greatly appreciated and help us out tremendously.
