Hi guys! So, as most of you know, around 11:30 am Saturday morning, 08/16, Vinnie was involved in a horrible motorcycle accident. The truck in front of him was cut off and slammed on their brakes, forcing Vin to make a quick, life-saving decision. He could hit the truck in front of him and likely go flying, or try to lay the bike down, so he did the latter. In the process, he broke three bones in his right leg.

Saturday night, around 2:30 in the morning, he was rushed to emergency surgery for compartment syndrome and has since had two more surgeries. He still needs to have at least one more surgery next week to insert disks, plates, and screws into his leg. After that, he’ll be starting rehab and spending months learning how to walk again with the help of rehab and physical therapy.

Because Vin put the bike down and didn’t hit anyone, there’s no one at fault, and so all medical expenses are coming out of pocket. The doctors have said he’s likely to spend about two weeks in the hospital, possibly longer. He’s unable to work until he can walk again, which will take months to walk unassisted. All donations will be going towards his medical bills as well as basic living expenses and monthly bills. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated!
