Medical Expenses for Venesia Parkins

Hi, my name is Dezene and I am raising funds for my very special friend, my sister Venesia Parkins. She’s only 33 years old. A Jamaican nurse abroad. On the night of April 10th, 2023 Venesia suffered a cardiac arrest due to her heart going into a bad rhythm known as Ventricular Fibrillation. Even though they were able to shock her heart back to a normal rhythm, her brain was deprived of oxygen for a while thus, she suffered strokes on both sides of her brain. She will need to go to a rehab facility after being discharged from the hospital to aide in her recovery. It’s a long road ahead and we’re asking for all the help that we can get to pour out their generosity and prayers for Ven.

It is important to me to help her and her family because she is a special soul. She’s my best friend, my sister! She deserve the very best care she can get. She is kind and selfless. Considerate, reliable and dependable. She loves unconditionally and is so forgiving. She doesn’t forget a birthday, an anniversary or any special event in her friends life. She has a heart of gold and love abundantly. She has two sons and as their Godmother it is my duty to ensure they are taken care of.

The funds will be going towards medical expenses and her very long road to recovery. Any help we can get will be much appreciated.
