Medical Expenses for Terrell Walters

On March 10, 2022, Terrell was doing what you could find him doing most every day between his bus routes...working in his shop. He was working to get a zero turn mower tuned up for the coming mowing season. While he was working underneath the mower, something he had done countless times, it fell on him. He was airlifted to University of Mississippi Medical Center where he continues to recover in SICU. He faces a very long recovery for an extensive list of injuries. His wife, Gretchen, has been by his side daily.

Terrell and Gretchen have been fixtures in the Pelahatchie community for as long as most of us can remember. Even after their retirement, they continued to serve and support our town in various ways. Terrell is a bus driver for Pelahatchie schools, where he is well-known and loved by teachers and students alike.
