Medical Expenses for Tate

My cat, Tate, is the most loving and lively little kitten around. He will be six months old in February. He has stolen all of our hearts and even has our dog Lily wrapped around his little paw. I am creating this for funds for his medical expenses.

On Thursday, I noticed he was not himself at all so we took him to an emergency vet. They told us he may or may not have eaten something and could possibly have an obstruction. I chose to take him home and monitor him and follow up with his vet the next day.

The next day he was acting like Tate. Eating, keeping water down and playing like crazy. We followed up with his vet and after speaking with them I felt so much better. They said there could be a chance he did have something in there but the way he was acting we all believed monitoring him would again be the best bet.

When I woke up this morning I found Tate barely alive. Over night he took a terrible turn for the worse. We rushed him back to the vet and they did emergency surgery. They removed a large piece of string that he had eaten and got lodged in his stomach and intestines. He is now in recovery but is not out of the woods yet.

We are looking at costly medical bills and would truly appreciate any help. Please keep Tate in your prayers most of all.
