Medical Expenses for Stubborn Tumor

This person is dear to my friend's heart and they are in dire need of help. This is a prior condition that was thought to be resolved however this tumor has come back and now immediate surgery is necessary to prevent it from taking over again. The size grown of the previous tumor was life threatening and only by the grace of God was found. As the tumor growing as rapidly as it is, Dr's are not sure what damage this new one will cause. With no insurance, this surgery will cost over 40k. To even get the surgery booked almost 10k must be paid upfront. It was informed to him that scheduling must occur this week in order to have the surgery completed by end of May. All contributions and prayers to help are greatly appreciated.
