Medical expenses for Steve Barton

On Sunday October 13th Steve had an accident at home which caused him to lose 3 fingers on his right hand. Thanks to the fast response by the first responders he was able to get down to U of I and be taken into emergency surgery to replant 2 of his 3 fingers. He will now remain in the hospital as doctors and nurses do everything to try and ensure his replanted fingers stay healthy and keep blood flow before he is released home. Even once being released from the hospital he will have many follow up appointments and therapy appointments to get him as much mobility and use in his hand again. As you can imagine he will be off work for multiple months and will have many medical bills that will be coming in. His wife Sandi is also currently off work to be able to remain by his side In the hospital to give him the support he needs during this time. We are hoping to be able to elevate some of the financial burden and stress that they are looking at so they will be able to put all their focus and energy on getting him back to as normal as he can at this time.
