With the permission of Carly, we have established a gofundme for her mom, Sharon Newman. On November 11, 2023, Sharon was diagnosed with an extremely rare medical condition called high grade-glioblastoma brain tumor. It is referred to as high grade due to the tumor being fast growing and spreading quickly through brain tissue. On November 20th, they traveled to Mayo Clinic in Minnesota to seek a the highest level of care for this rare condition that has so many unknowns. They have had to make multiple trips and have had a surgery at Mayo to remove as much of the tumor as possible. This go fund me is being established to assist with medical expenses, prescription costs, travel as well as remodeling of her bathroom to be able to accommodate her needs. This condition is agressive but she is a fighter!

To know Sharon is to love her! Whether you are blessed to call her your family or friend, you know she is a strong, independant woman who has always supported her own way. She worked for 27 years as a mail carrier for WC postal service. Her route people became like family over the years. Her love for horses and trail rides made her path cross with so many wonderful people. Others could have crossed pathes with her while she cheered on Carly playing softball in school or at any of her 3 grandchildren's events. Her fun loving, free spirit has been there to help out so many so often....it is now our time rally around her to show support. If you can donate monatarily, it is greatly appreciated.
