On Monday, July 18, 2022, Ron was preparing for rehearsal for a show that he was designing. He went to his car and after a few minutes his partner received a Hard Fall Notification, which also called 911. Ron was found unconscious on the ground next to his car after taking a fall and hitting his head on a pipe.

The days that followed have been a rollercoaster. He spent the night in the hospital after losing consciousness twice. He is able to sit up for a short period of time, eat small amounts, and but needs assistance performing everyday functions. He’s very sensitive to light and sound. He’s still struggling with his short term memory, which the doctor says will come back in time with rest.

We are raising funds to help support Ron while he is unable to work. The funds will help with unforeseen medical expenses, out of work assistance and other immediate needs.

We all know that Ron is strong and will bounce back. Let’s ensure that his recovery will be a strong one by supporting him during his time of need.
