Rhiannon is a wife and mother with two beautiful young and very active sons, Rylan and Kyler. Rhiannon has been suffering from disabling kidney disease for the last 12 years and has now been diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the liver. Rhiannon is in desperate and immediate need of a liver transplant and medical bills are piling up causing this Brunswick family to reach out for support from their family, friends and community they have called home their entire lives.

This fundraiser will be an opportunity for friends, family and community to come together to support Rhiannon and her family during this difficult time. The proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards medical and living expenses.
