Breast Cancer Radiation and 11th Surgery

Hi My name is Marisela. In the last 10 years, I have had 10 surgeries. During the last 5 I have had 5 breast cancer surgeries and I am gearing up for my 5 weeks (30 sessions) and 11th overall due to the progression on my breast cancer.

I have had a Lumpectomy July 31st 2020. There were additional cancer lumps that never showed up in the scans retrieved during the surgery.  I had another surgery to remove some Lymph Nodes to determine if the cancer has spread or contained to the breast. Unfortunately, pathology report indicated that nodes had Micrometastases cells. In essence, the cancer has spread beyond the breast. After meeting with my surgeons we agreed to do a PET SCAN to determine if the cancer has spread beyond the breast and underarm. Unfortunately, I have some Cancer cells in one of my ovaries and on the exterior of my bladder. 

The recommendations by my doctors are as follow: 
1. 6 weeks of intensive radiation (30 sessions)
2. A total Hysterectomy to remove the cancer in the ovary & also reduce the estrogen level that is feeding the cancer.
3. Bladder surgery while having the hysterectomy to remove the lump. 

 During the last 10 years I have had to cash out my TRS, 411K and other investment with penalties to be able to finance my surgeries. Unfortunately, I have nearly exhausted all my saving. During the summer, My High School Alumni raised over 3K to pay for various necessary copayments leading to the lumpectomy. Between that surgery and the Lymph node surgery I sold some of my valuable possessions to cover again copayments that needed to be payed up front before medical services. 

With the Cancer Spreading to three other areas I need to get radiation treatments ASAP. Unfortunately, I am required to pay $200 per visit before each radiation treatment (thats my out of pocket cost after insurance). Thats a total of $6,000 just to radiate the Left breast, Left Underarm, One ovary, and Bladder.  On Top of the radiation there are other Bladder and reproductive appointments that I must attend in preparation for the surgeries. The Copayments must be payed before services. Lastly, I have the Co-payment for the actual surgery that I have to pay during registration. I am estimating on the low end of 10K even though I am estimating it to be much higher. I have also been to urgent care 2 times in December and since December 27th I have been hospitalizedat Staten Island university hospital due to radiation complications in the medical/burn unit. I am also building kits of bills for these stays and a huge expense for medicine. 

The Most Important part Right now is the radiation. Without the radiation I will die because the cancer will continue to spread and there will be no need for any further surgery.  Ideally My doctors will like to get these treatments booked by the end of the month or the start of October. 

I know that we are living in unprecedented times  and everything else but I am really not ready to leave this earth. Any donation will be greatly appreciated from the bottom of my heart.
