Hello! We are initiating a campaign for our dear friend, Mark Castaneda. Mark is currently hospitalized with Liver failure and jaundice. A liver biopsy showed that Mark has Epstein-Barr Virus which was increasing liver enzymes that was causing the liver failure. A bone marrow test was done and showed that there was an overproduction of white blood cells . Normally white blood cells would fight off an infection Mark had but in his case they started at attack his organs. Mark now has a team of amazing doctors that came together and decided to start an aggressive treatment of chemotherapy to slow the white blood cell reproduction. Mark started his first round on Wednesday October 13th and labs show the chemo is already lowering the white blood cells. He is expected to be in the hospital for 30 more days. With a lengthy hospital stay and being a small business owner we want Mark to focus on his health and road to recovery, not stress about medical expenses or lack of income. A few ways you can help:

1. PRAY for Marks body to fight off infection and heal his liver and any other organs that may have had damage. PRAY for Marks mental health during chemotherapy and a no visitor policy.
