Marine Veteran Julian M. Elizondo Sr.
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Hiram Elizondo from Edinburg Texas. This past thanksgiving holiday was not so good. I had baked a turkey to take to my dads house as I do every year for him to tell me he couldn’t eat anything because of something in his throat. My dads name is Julian M. Elizondo Sr and he’s 86 years old. We took him to the ER twice and they denied him and sent him home. He lost more weight and got sicker but we didn’t give up and they admitted him the third time. They diagnosed him with esophageal cancer. They located a tumor in his esophagus and it had completely blocked him from eating. He underwent surgery for a feeding tube and they were able to sustain, but it is up to God not the doctors or cancer. He was back in the hospital ICU and they had him on a breathing machine which now he can not breathe on his own because the cancer has spread to his lungs. We, his family are trying desperately fight and praying for his healing. He passed away on Sunday the 16th of April. We are asking for prayers and anything small helps. This man is my dad and my hero. He deserves more and better. He was a United States Marine who served in Vietnam. He was a teacher, counselor, and an elder of a church. We need help to cover his funeral expenses. Funds will be used for funeral services. Please find it in your heart to donate and pray. God Bless!! Please feel free to contact me.
