Medical Expenses for Julian "Blue Boy" Villalobos

On Monday, March 20th, Blue woke up in the middle of the night with severe chest pain. He was taken to the hospital where they started running tests. They found he had a large aortic dissection and immediately scheduled him for emergency open-heart surgery. His medical team was able to repair the tear and stabilize him. He is not out of the woods just yet and remains in a medically induced coma to help his body heal and recover.

Blue is the father of two teenage boys and is always there to help and support his family. He has been employed with Oddonetto construction as a heavy equipment operator/ Driver for the past 5 years. Thankfully he has medical insurance that will help cover some of his medical bills, but unfortunately, his employer does not offer any short or long-term disability coverage to help supplement his income. His ambulance bill has already come in the mail and the hospital is advising he has a deductible due. His fiancé “Tiny” is trying to work to help supplement their income as well as spend as much time as she can by his side in ICU. They recently purchased their first home together and will have not only medical expenses that are coming in but everyday bills/expenses that will start piling up while he recovers. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please keep him in your prayers as he continues on his fight to a full recovery.
