MEDICAL EXPENSES FOR JOHN STEEBER'S CANCER BATTLE

Dear Friends, Family and Brooklyn’s BBQ Supporters,

I am writing to ask for your help in supporting medical expenses for my dad, John Steeber.

During the holiday season, my dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. This means it has spread to more than 1 area and is likely to spread to the brain, bones, liver, and adrenal glands and he will need to undergo treatments to manage it. Some people with stage IV lung cancer have a good response to treatment, surgery and/or radiation therapy.

The cost of these treatments is more than we expected so we are asking for support with a Go-Fund Me contribution. All donations will go towards helping my dad receive the care he needs to manage his condition. Your contribution will mean so much to us and we are deeply grateful for any amount that you are able to give.

My dad helps so many local nonprofits with their fundraising efforts and he has the biggest heart. Now we find ourselves needing a little help from our community.
