Medical Expenses for Jett
Donation protected
Jett Boardman got diagnosed with E. coli which turned into Hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS). This required a life-flight to Children's Hospital in Denver for Jett to get Dialysis and blood transfusions. In total Jett, Jared and Wendy spent 2 weeks in the hospital with 10-days being in Denver for Jett to get care from the team of specialists. They were able to return home on Monday and while that is such a blessing, his care will have to be ongoing with continued bloodwork and checkups both in Powell and Denver over the next few months. While insurance will cover a large portion of the costs, they will still have some medical bills and travel expenses that will have to come out-of-pocket. This is an opportunity to help ease this financial burden on them as they work to get back to normal and continue to provide for Jett and Sammy. Any contribution big or small will be very helpful and greatly appreciated.
