Hello My name is Kim Paden. I am hosting this Go Fund Me for Gary and Carol Zupkas missionaries to Lithuania. As many of you may know I was also a missionary to Lithuania from 1996 to 2006. Gary and Carol came to visit and also fell in love with the people of Lithuania.

Gary and Carol followed God's calling and moved to Lithuania in 2009 and have recently made the decision to continue to serve as well as retire in Lithuania.

Gary has been in two different hospitals in Lithuania since October 5th and was dianosed with sepsis and his health has been seriously compromised. Gary has been in and out of ICU. He has had some good days but it has been a struggle for him both physically as well emotionally . Gary is going to need to go to a Rehab Hospital in the near future he needs to regain his strength and become more mobile. Gary and Carol are currently uninsured , in Lithuania, and the. expenses are continuing to increase.

Many of you are already part of the "Prayers for Gary" Facebook page and we ask you to continue to pray. This is the greatest contribution you can make to the Zupkas family. God is hearing and answering your prayers!

I am encouraging each of you to pray and consider helping bear the financial burden that Gary's medical crises has caused. Our goal is $30,000.
