Medical Expenses for Esperanza Leal

Hello my name is Vida Martinez. I am fundraising for my daughter, Esperanza Leal, for medical expenses. She was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Lupus Nephritis almost going on 2 years ago when God blessed us with our little Princess Lilyana Maria Reyes on April 16, 2020. Lilyana was born at 29 weeks weighing 2.2lbs and was 14 in long. After having her she continued to get worse and was then diagnosed with Lupus Nephritis. Espe was not able to be the mother she wanted to be. Lupus Nephritis is an autoimmune disease that has no cure. We have been in and out of long hospital stays. She has had several blood transfusions, under went chemotherapy and was recently taken off of dialysis. She also had emergency surgery in November for a ruptured ulcer and a torn bowel. This experience was very scary because we almost lost her. Espe is needing to undergo a new infusion treatment for her Lupus. The first treatment did not work and caused her kidneys to almost completely fail. We are asking for any kind of donation. There is no such thing as too little. We are grateful for what you can give.
