Medical Expenses for Eric Wade

Hi everyone, my name is Delaina Newsome and I am Eric Wade’s sister in law. For those that don’t already know, Eric suffered a major stroke on Thursday, December 22, 2023 at the young age of 46. My sister, Liz, has a CaringBridge site where she provides daily updates on Eric’s progress. Eric will be starting Inpatient Rehab soon, which is expected to last anywhere from 2-6 weeks. I wanted to create a GoFundMe to help take the financial stress off of Eric and Liz while he is out of work. Liz has been juggling work, caring for Eric, and driving back and forth to the hospital daily- all while still being the best mom to their 3 year old special needs son, Jackson. The funds raised will go directly to Eric and Liz to help with their medical bills and whatever additional costs may arise (gas, food, medical supplies, etc) during his long road to recovery.
