Medical Expenses for E

Hi dog loving friends -- this weekend we rescued this love bug from a terrible situation (his family moved and left him alone in a vacant apartment). He's now in a loving foster home with a friend of ours, but he has some expenses we need help with. He needs to be neutered, vet checked, preventatives, etc. We already purchased his bed, toys, collar, food etc. His name is "E". Hope you can help! Thank you!!
