Creighton Nowak is a 30 year old night manager at Allegany State Park. He is an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, nature explorer, and content creator of the YouTube channel CrayOutdoors.

About a month ago, Creighton started not feeling well. He went to the doctors twice and got tested for all the common illnesses which all came back negative. On 6/14/24, his condition worsened and he was admitted to the Olean General Hospital for double pneumonia and heart problems. He was then Mercy Flighted to Buffalo General where his was diagnosed with myocarditis. Unfortunately on 6/18/24, Creighton heart stopped and he was clinically dead for over 4 minutes before he was revived by CPR. Buffalo General then did an emergency procedure to place a heart pump in and he was emergency transported to Strong Memorial in critical condition and on life support.

Thankfully, we’ve seen great improvements to Creighton’s health but he’s currently still in the cardiac ICU and has missed a lot of work. His road to recovery is long and he will be out of work indefinitely. His medical bills are going to be astronomically high as he’s been to three hospitals already.
