Hi, my name is Eithne Branigan, I live in Ireland and I had an adverse reaction to Astra Zenica Vaccine in May 2021.

Every single potential cure/solution or preventative medication has made me considerably worse or did nothing whatsoever. So now I have an hourly battle to control the intense pain that comes from my injury.

I have tried to support as many others in ireland as I can during the last almost two years but the odds are not in our favour and we get no acknowledgement from Irish politicians or medical profession so usually have to go it alone with our illness.

I'm hoping to take a test case for the C19 Vaccine Injured of Ireland as although 15 countries in Europe have compensation schemes for no fault injuries, some since 1960's, Ireland does not.

Once a test case is taken, it opens the door for others to apply as a precedent has been set and guidelines are in place.

This also might encourage our government to move forward with the proposed scheme that has been lingering in official offices for decades.

My litigator is urging me to move forward, others have approached the firm and they appear not to be taking new clients at this time so I believe I could be the test case, and I have expressed an interest to my litigator that I would be happy to go forward.

I have challenged my consultants to give me the report I need to go to court but they have unreservedly refused so I have no option but to go to an experienced professional in England.

As I am no longer working it would take a considerable amount of time for me to save the funds needed so I'm reaching out to the people who have watched me over the last almost two years. Those who know that I am honest and sincere and will attempt to benefit others by seeking a landmark judgement.

Any help, no matter how small brings us closer to helping all the injured of ireland who have been abandoned to their fate after becoming so very ill.
