Medical Expenses for Carlos Frixione

As some of you may know, Carlos left work few days ago after his wife picked him up and took him to the ER. His diabetes has been a recurring issue and his life and has taken a turn for the worse. Carlos will be out for a few months due to a need for a foot amputation, and as the sole provider in his home, this could not have come at a worse time. We are a family, and right now, Carlos needs our help. Please donate and share this if you can so we can take this extra stress off of carlos and his family. Below is a letter he has written himself:

Hello everyone; My name is Carlos Frixione and as you all know my diabetic condition has taken a turn for the worst.
I have been battling this disease nearly my entire life. This forsaken illness has taken a toll on me physically, mentally and morally.
Over the years I have always kept a brave attitude. Always thinking positive and moving forward one day at the time. Today however I have reached the breaking point. In these recent months two of my family members have passed away. My sister Donna, and my lovely mother who has passed away less than two weeks ago. These recent events have beaten me down emotionally and financially.
I am now facing my own dilemma. Due to my weakened immune system, the last three toes on my left foot got infected. I had to leave work to be taken to the emergency room. Then my worst fear was confirmed; the infection has reached into the bone. ¼ of my foot will be removed (my right side has faced the same fate – after the correction was made it became stable). October 9th, is when my surgery will take place.
Once again I am facing a major financial hurdle, and I cannot afford it. I am the only one working in my household and despite my best efforts it has not been easy to keep myself and my family afloat. My doctor has informed me it will be a for month recovery so it will be incredibly slow. T his is if nothing else goes wrong along the way.
I am humbly asking for help during this tough time. This fundraiser will all go to the expenses of my surgery/anesthesia/after-care medication as well as the time I will be out.
