Medical Expenses for Bambridge Family

Recently, the Bambridge Family found out that Sabrina has tested positive for Lyme Disease and a co-infection called Bartonella. They have started a treatment plan, which is currently taking place in Winnipeg. These treatments are not covered under health insurance and are very expensive. There are also the additional costs for travel, accommodations, etc., while undergoing the treatments.

 

As friends and family of Josh & Sabrina and their family, this go fund me has been set up to help them with this unexpected and costly expense.

A message from Joshua and Sabrina: Thank you all so much, whether or not you give. The community around us has been amazing—texting, praying, cooking, sending jokes. 

 

Nothing explained my symptoms. I was given a diagnosis of MS. It didn’t feel right, nor did the treatments. I was tested for Lyme disease, at my request. It came back negative. I was unable to take care of our four kids (6, 4, 2, and under a year old) and sometimes needed help to get around. Josh took a leave from work to take care of our family. We sought more help through so many avenues and got natural treatments along the way. We drove to Souris and Winnipeg. We now know that Lyme is often misdiagnosed as MS and that the Canadian Lyme tests are wildly inaccurate in picking up Lyme. I am so thankful my naturopath listened to all my symptoms and recognized Lyme, encouraging me to get a private Lyme test in the States. I am so thankful that God has led me every step of the way and that we now have a path forward to wholeness and health.
